SiGMA 2016 - a period of fruitful conferences, benefits, new features

The third SiGMA event was a grand one, and the venue, Malta, turned into the site of spectacular meetings. There were a host of participants: instead of the estimated around 3,000, the turnout was around 4,000. Thus the number of attendees increased twofold compared to last year's SiGMA event. Malta became a hub for iGaming enthusiasts and specialists, and the expo grounds enjoyed crowds of visitors.

The SiGMA was held in the period November 16 to 19. Thanks to the hard work by the organizers, the Malta Gaming Week became a highlight for the gaming community. There were all kinds of attendees, representatives of operators, affiliates, regulating authorities, and vendors.

The SiGMA 2016 brought a host of benefits. They were really thrilling, such as the paying for the flights of more than 300 affiliates. So those affiliates traveled to the venue, Malta, for free; their flights were paid for by the organizers. The idea is to offer such complimentary flights to another 300 affiliates, and with that exciting opportunity for new ones a diversity in attendance will be obtained.

There were a raft of conferences dwelling on topical problems and introducing novelties too. Because last year the interest in the event's conferences was very keen, this year the conference hall was bigger, and the layout was more comfortable. Last year's theatre style arrangement was replaced with a cabaret like one, and with round tables. That was auspicious for discussions among the attendees.

On both conference days, the attendees were offered free standing lunch, so they could allot more time for business discussions. On the day before the opening of the exhibition, there was also a charity dinner. During it, funds were raised for the cause of charities taking care of sick or seriously ill, as well as terminally ill people.

There were also some new additions to the agenda, like the Malta Gaming Awards, first edition, and the SiGMA Startup Pitch, which was dedicated to bringing together startups and investors.

Now the time has come for the preparation for SiGMA 2016. Booths are already on sale, and are in hot demand.
