Recent amendments in Dutch legislation stop the exit of top online casino companies

On 1^st June, 2017 new amendments in the legislation of Netherlands will seriously affect the Dutch online casino market and Dutch players.

NEW LAW RULES IMPLEMENTED BY KANSSPELAUTORITEIT – THE DUTCH GAMING AUTHORITY, HAVE SERIOUSLY  AFFECTED THE ONLINE GAMBLING BUSINESS

The Netherlands Gaming Authority – Kansspelautoriteit have been keeping the market free of tricks and frauds. Unfortunately the latest gambling rules seem very suspicious - these amendments simply block Dutch online casino players from visiting legal casinos which damages seriously the business.

ONLINE CASINOS RUN AWAY FROM HOLLAND

A number of online casinos, such as Royal Panda Casino have already taken the decision to reject any Dutch players from the list of their customers. Royal Panda casino has been licensed by the MGA. This provides free access to many European areas. Now, no chance for new players to play at this well known casino.

SURPRISING AMENDMENTS

As it was written above, the new changes in the legislation referring the online casino market have cased  a lot of troubles. From one hand they have appeared unexpectedly for the operators.
